On February 21, 2025, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), on the invitation of the Chief of the General Staff (CGS) of the United Kingdom (UK) Army, General Roland Walker, paid a field visit to Warminster and Larkhill Garrisons. The COAS was briefed on the modernization plan of the British Army and the Deep Recce Strike Brigade. Niche technologies, including articial intelligence (AI) and uncrewed systems, were also showcased by the British Army during the visit.
