Al-Noor Special Children’s School at Okara Garrison achieved a significant milestone, bringing vibrant hues of joy and hope to the lives of special children. A grand ceremony was recently held to celebrate the activation of cochlear implants for four hearing-impaired children, transforming their lives forever. The ceremony was graced by General Officer Commanding (GOC) Al-Jihad Division, Major General Waseem Iftikhar Cheema, as the Chief Guest. GOC Al-Barq Division, Major General Naiknam Muhammad Baig, was also present, emphasizing the Pakistan Army’s commitment to social welfare initiatives.
