Children sponsored by the Child Protection Bureau Multan, along with their teachers, visited Multan Garrison and spent a memorable day with the Pakistan Army. The Child Protection and Welfare Bureau, established by the Government of Punjab in March 2004, aims to care for, rehabilitate, and educate destitute and abandoned children. To broaden its reach, the Bureau has established institutions in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, and Rahim Yar Khan, providing essential facilities and protection for vulnerable children.
During their visit, the Pakistan Army offered these children an opportunity to learn about its role in national service and daily operations. The children received a detailed briefing on the professionalism, discipline, and military capabilities of the Pakistan Army, instilling a spirit of national service in their hearts. They also explored various small arms and equipment at dedicated stalls, which sparked their interest and enthusiasm.
Later, the children enjoyed thrilling rides at Chaman Zar Park in Multan, adding joy to their day. This initiative by the Pakistan Army provided a memorable experience and served as a source of positive change for these underprivileged children.
The children expressed their admiration for the sacrifices and dedication of the Pakistan Army and pledged to contribute to the country’s progress. Events like this not only foster patriotism among these children but also help them realize their importance and value as integral members of society.
