Ingredients
Chicken Jalfrezi
Boneless chicken cubes
- Oil 400gm
- Ginger-garlic paste 4-5 tbps
- Paprika powder 1tsp
- Salt
- Vinegar 1tsp
- Small tomato, diced 1tsp
- Capsicum, diced 1tsp
- Onion, diced 1tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Red chili sauce 2tsp
Directions
- In a pan or wok, heat oil over low flame.
- Sauté the ginger-garlic paste until aromatic, then add the boneless chicken cubes.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add spices listed above and mix well.
- Add sauces and diced vegetables.
- Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crunchy.
- Sprinkle with oregano and serve with rice or roti.
