Chicken Fajita Pasta
Ingredients
Oil                                  3 tbsps
Chicken breasts            3 sliced
Red bell pepper            1
Green bell pepper         1
Yellow bell pepper         1
Onion                             1
Salt                                1 tsp
Black pepper                 1 tsp
Chilli powder                 1 tbsp
Cumin                           1 tbsp
Garlic powder               1 tbsp
Milk (1 ¼ L)                   5 cups
Pasta                            400 g
Cheese                         100 g (shredded)

Directions
•    Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat.
•    Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink, then remove it from the pot.
•    Add the bell peppers and onion and cook until the onion is translucent, about 6 minutes.
•    Add the chicken back to the pot along with the salt, pepper, chilli powder, cumin, and garlic powder, and stir until everything is evenly coated, about 30 seconds.
•    Add the milk and pasta, stirring constantly to prevent the pasta from sticking.
•    Cook for about 20 minutes, until the pasta is tender and the milk has reduced to a thick sauce that coats the
    pasta.
•    Add the cheese and mix until melted. Enjoy!



Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
Bananas                    3
Butter                        75 g (melted)
Sugar                        100 g
Egg                            1 
Vanilla extract            1 tsp
Baking soda               1 tsp
Salt                             to taste
Flour                          185 g
Chocolate chips         85 g

Directions
•    Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
•    In a bowl, add the bananas and mash until smooth. Add in the melted butter and stir until well combined.
•    Add the sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour, and stir until the batter is smooth.
•    Add the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Top with additional chocolate chips.
•    Bake for 50 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
•    Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
