Little Ant

May 2024

Once upon a time, in a small anthill, there lived a little ant named Annie. She loved to help friends and family but she often felt like her contributions were too small to make a difference.
One day, the ants decided to build a new home. All worked tirelessly, digging tunnels and carrying heavy loads. Annie, too, wanted to help but her small size and little strength held her back. Just then, a wise ant named Zennie approached her, saying: “Annie, every contribution, no matter how small, is important. Your small size allows you to reach into tiny spaces and fix cracks that others can’t. Your strength may be small, but your determination is huge.”
Annie felt proud and started working alongside her friends. She fixed tiny cracks and carried small rocks. When the work was done, ants celebrated their collective achievement. Zennie declared, we honor the hard work and contributions of every ant, big or small. Annie realized that her small actions had made a big difference. From then on, she felt proud to be a part of the team and knew that every effort, no matter how small, counts.
Annie’s story teaches us the value of teamwork, and the importance of recognizing the contribution of others, regardless of their size or strength.
